We are pleased to provide a three-year limited warranty on all our products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues that may arise during normal use of the product.

What's Covered:

- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

- Issues with zippers, clasps, and hardware under normal use.

- Stitching or construction problems that affect the functionality of the product.

What's Not Covered:

- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.

- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or stains.

- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, such as water, heat, or chemicals.

- Modifications or alterations made to the product by anyone other than Nuniz Cairo.

- Damage to the leather or materials that occur without any external cause or impact.

Claiming Warranty:

If you believe your Nuniz Cairo product has a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at Info@nuniz-cairo.com and send us a detailed description of the issue.

2. Our team will guide you through the warranty process, which may include returning the product to the Maadi store for evaluation.

3. Once the issue is assessed and confirmed to be covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

- Shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

- This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Nuniz Cairo.
